Privacy Policy

Robert Libšanský built the Minigolf 3D: 108 Holes app as a game for iOS. This service is provided as is, and this page is used to inform you about my policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information if you decide to use it.

The short version: the app collects no data at all, so there is nothing for me to use, share or lose.

We collect no data

The app never asks for your name, email address, phone number or any other personal information. No account and no sign-in is required.

It does not connect to the internet

Minigolf 3D contains no networking code. All content — holes, graphics and sounds — ships inside the app, and the game works entirely offline.

No analytics, no advertising

The app contains no ad networks, no analytics frameworks and no third-party libraries that transmit anything anywhere.

No in-app purchases

The app contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Where your progress is stored

Your game progress is stored solely on your device using the system UserDefaults store. This includes:

• Unlocked worlds
• Hole records
• Collected stars
• Trophies
• Career stats and settings

This data never leaves the device. It is included in your regular device backup (iCloud or computer) if you have one enabled, in which case Apple's own policies apply. Deleting the app removes this data from your device.

Device access

The app does not use the camera, microphone, location services, contacts, health data or any other sensitive permission. It only uses haptic feedback and audio playback.

Children's privacy

The app is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data, no data about children is created either.

Changes to this privacy policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. You are advised to review this page periodically.
