Privacy Policy
Solitaire is an iOS game built by Robert Libšanský. It does not collect, store or transmit any personal data — this page explains exactly what that means.
Robert Libšanský built the Solitaire app as a game for iOS. This service is provided as is, and this page is used to inform you about my policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information if you decide to use it.
The short version: the app collects no data at all, so there is nothing for me to use, share or lose.
We collect no data
The app never asks for your name, email address, phone number or any other personal information. No account and no sign-in is required.
It does not connect to the internet
Solitaire contains no networking code. Everything — the cards and the sounds alike — is generated inside the app, and the game works entirely offline.
No analytics, no advertising
The app contains no ad networks, no analytics frameworks and no third-party libraries that transmit anything anywhere.
No in-app purchases
The app contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Nothing in the game is for sale, and the score in Vegas mode is a score and nothing more: nothing is wagered, nothing pays out and nothing can be bought or cashed out.
Where your progress is stored
Your settings, your statistics and the deal you have in progress are stored solely on your device using the system UserDefaults store. This data never leaves the device. It is included in your regular device backup (iCloud or computer) if you have one enabled, in which case Apple's own policies apply. Deleting the app removes this data from your device. Statistics can also be cleared at any time from the Statistics screen.
Device access
The app does not use the camera, microphone, location services, contacts, health data or any other sensitive permission. It only uses haptic feedback and audio playback.
Children
The game is rated 4+ and is suitable for any age. Because the app collects no data, no data about anyone of any age is created.
Changes to this privacy policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. You are advised to review this page periodically.
